I wrote what I thought was an eloquent plea for THQ Aubrey to please give us paying customers an update on fixes that might make the game enjoyable (playable). However THQ decided that it had to be taken down because it was growing too powerful. So now I am going to just half-heartedly state my case again. Aubrey, we are not idiots. You released a flawed game on October 30th. You know it, we know it. You patched a few things and still it didn't help. People got uneasy about spending 60 dollars on unplayable garbage and started complaining. You got mad, started backhandedly bashing people (aka your customers) using the most sarcastic language possible.
All we are asking for is a tentative date when the game will be functional. We all know it wasn't the release date. You argue to do so would be moronic and to trust you that you are all working dilligintly to get the game ready to be played. We did trust you, we trusted you when we preorded the game, we trusted you when we spent our hard-earned money. We even trusted you with 20 extra dollars for DLC. Your game doesn't work, we can't trust you to say it's going to work when it should have already worked.
You have no problem announcing that on January 3rd you will be announcing the new DLC package release date. Why not announce when that DLC will be installed in a working game? Oh yeah and when we install that DLC will it fry our non-working Universe again? Just simple questions from a CUSTOMER who has been treated poorly by a COMPANY who relies on CUSTOMERS to buy their PRODUCTS and make them MONEY!!!!!
